Be it business or life, there are a lot of things going at the back of our minds.
Ever since I started my business, my mind began to run like a machine thinking of new ideas, pending tasks, what to do next, and the list goes on.
I couldn't stop this incessant chatter inside my head. Sometimes, I had trouble sleeping as well. That's when my business coach told me about this life-changing habit called BUSINESS Journaling.
Yes, it's similar to any other journaling but with the difference that you'll set an intention to let out your thoughts related to business (ONLY)!
Today, I want to share this habit with you so that you can be a stress-free entrepreneur.
So, how to do business journaling?
It's not a complicated process. Just follow these three steps.
Allocate a separate notebook or digital space for business journaling. This is to keep your personal and business breakthroughs (yes, when you journal, you'll get more clarity and that's why I call it "breakthrough") separately.
Create an ambience for journaling. You can't journal in a noisy space. Play pleasant music (piano music or Ambience ASMR), whatever you like, and then start journaling.
You can either go with the flow and write your mind or use prompts to journal. Here are a few prompts I'm loving lately.
Whenever you feel overwhelmed or stuck in your business, do business journaling. You'll find the answers to your problems.
After years (or even months), when you come across this business journal, you'll notice how far you've come.
Happy Business Journaling!
