I see too many Coaches simply forgetting to assess the backend of their business.
Why?
I understand that you don't have time for it.
But, that’s not how you’re supposed to run a business.
No evaluation = No execution = No growth.

As a Coach, you have to assess the backend of your business at least every quarter to optimize the performance of your team, clients, operations, systems, and eventually the growth.
If you don’t, who else will?

Follow the schedule that I’ve mentioned here if you need a starting point.
Monday - Ask your current/old clients for feedback
Tuesday - Ask your team for issues working on projects.
Wednesday - Work on the feedback given by your clients & team.
Thursday - Check the time-consuming tasks.
Friday - Automate/Delegate these tasks.
Saturday - Clean up your project management tool
