My Client has a Coaching business that serves at least 20 Clients every month.
She was missing out on leads waiting in her DMs which she couldn't manually manage. Her business has grown beyond her capacity and she and her team couldn't operate around the clock.
As a result, she felt overwhelmed with her business, got burned out easily, and took frequent breaks - still her problem remained the same.
This is what we identified when we worked together
Her business lacked systems that could take care of the daily operations
Her offer was terrific yet she made her leads wait until she got back to them as a result she lost a few of them.
Her team was working overtime and had no work boundaries. Whenever a client popped in they were manually onboarded & followed up with them
She feared launching because of the overwhelming response and the limited capacity to handle them.
This is what we did for the first 6 months of hiring me as an OBM
We set a solid lead and client management system that could automatically take care of her leads, onboarding her clients
We restructured her team and hired a Co-Coach who could assist her clients with extra support so that they feel supported at all times without compromising on the work boundaries
We set up launch systems to take care of her launches irrespective of how many people enrolled in her programs and never missed out on any little details
We made a list of all the tasks performed by each team member daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly. We automated some. We scheduled the rest so that no one ever missed out on a deadline.
After 6 months, we could effortlessly save 10 hours for my clients which effectively made her accommodate more clients thus scaling her business to $15K months.
