A Weekly Checklist To Get More Time For Yourself As a Coach




Don't wait until you make 6 figures to schedule time for yourself


Being a coach can be demanding, and it's crucial to find a balance between helping others and taking care of yourself.


So, here's a weekly checklist for you that can help you prioritize self-care and manage your time more effectively! All you've to do is spend 15-30 minutes from your daily schedule on the following activities.


  1. Monday (Reflect and Plan): Review the past week's activities and outcomes. Set clear goals for the week, both professionally and personally.

  2. Tuesday (Time-blocking): Block your time for various tasks for an entire week: client calls, admin tasks, content creation, and networking sessions. Allocate deep work sessions for time-consuming tasks.

  3. Wednesday (Task Delegation/Automation): Identify the tasks that can be delegated to your team /automated

  4. Thursday (Set your Boundaries):  Understand where you're compromising the time for yourself. Establish boundaries and communicate them with your clients.

  5. Friday (Upskilling Time):  Stay updated on industry trends and coaching methodologies.

  6. Saturday & Sundays (Self-care Time) - Engage in mindfulness exercises, get enough sleep, disconnect from your socials, spend time with your loved ones, and practice gratitude
