3 things you need to achieve your 2024 coaching goals (no one told you about!)


You can’t achieve your 2024 business goals without having these 3 things


  1. A System - Having systems to track the progress of your business goals is mandatory. For example: If getting 100 leads/month for your business, you need to have a lead capture system, lead tracker, a clear offer in place. These are your systems 

  2. Key Performance Indicator - KPIs are the yardsticks that’s going to determine whether your strategy is successful or not. Set KPIs for your social media, team, client experience, business growth to track

  3. A Routine - If you don’t have a set schedule to work every day/week on your business goal, you’re failing to achieve it
